Title: Is the global section looked at?

I have posted an unban appeal since I was globally banned about a year ago there 2 days ago and I haven't received a reply yet and I was wondering if I needed to post it here in NA first so an admin then transfers it to global to notice the said admin? How does it work now?

An admin moving the post to global is the same as posting in it. Just wait a bit more and there will be a response.

It will be looked at, whether or not it is answered is a different story.
