Title: Can't browse EU servers at all

As the title says. Only NA and Chinese servers are displayed.

I waited Fipsie. Thing is, EU servers appeared to be full at c-rpg.net. That is why I felt the need to write it here.

So, I couldn't even understand that it was a server outage. Normally it shows on the website too.

Fyi, site only updates every 15 minutes or so.
