Title: I can't leave the faction I am in

I accidentally joined a faction that only has one person in it and as I was trying to leave I realized I couldn't actually leave. I don't know if I haven't been accepted into the faction or if it is just a bug that I am getting. All I know is I am trying do some strat shenanigans and I can't while I am still stuck in this one.
