For whatever reason my exp tick is the same now as my previous gen.

Is your gen over 16 and get 1450 xp per x1 tick? If so, it is normal and intentional, since it is capped at this amount

it can be reverted by Harald, just go on IRC, ask him for it, and wait. (be patient also...)
