I assume the reason you want to make a 2h cav char is because you would like to fight well both on horseback and on foot so here is my suggestion:
Strength: 18
Agility: 18
Hit points: 63
Converted: 2
Ironflesh: 5
Power Strike: 6
Athletics: 6
Riding: 6
Weapon Master: 6
Two Handed: 156
You can ride, you have ath 6 so you can fight on foot, 156 is plenty wpf in 2h and you also have a reasonable ammount of hp.
I think your weapon of choice should be either morningstar or longsword.

Great build, nothing wrong with it.
Might want to try the sarranid battle axe or whatever it's called now. It's unbalanced though, so not very good on foot (duels). Hits for loads of damage and breaks shields. You get style points too.

If u want a really god cav weapon as 2h go with the Shortened Military Scythe the range is great and dmg is decent however the speed is slow but your on a horse so who cares
I find the morningstar only good for back whoring people on foot but the Shortened Military Scythe is able to attack anything but pikemen up front..
Also avoid enemy cav as best as possible.

one advice: use a 2hander which is 1h/2h (like bastard sword, morningstar, katana etc) those get smaller debuff of damage when you're mounted (15% as far as I remember)

There was this guy, Kapikulu_Wuzzle I think, he used to wield a maul from horse back. Very slow to use but pretty efficient actually and nice (barbaric) style.
From horse back, range is very important. For axes, look at the War Axe, with 96 length, it seems to be the axe with longest range.

Maul can't be used on horseback anymore I think. Wulz found that bug (and used it of course) and devs fixed it.
