4. I believe a 6 hour ban to not be enough, he/she has already been warned before.

Dear, Artyem, Looking at the previous lottery winners, I can derive that Alterity VIII is a leeching alt designed to play the cRPG lottery giving the holder of this account an unfair advantage on everyone else, perhaps it belongs to someone on the inside with power to mitigate the consequences with a useless 6 hour ban..

In following picture I have noted at least 9 times of AlterityVIII playing and getting on the winners list in the lottery and in Dec. 15 2013 winning the actual 2,000,000 jackpot, and then continuing to play afterwards. Judging by the fact that AlterityVIII doesn't not actually play the game or is involved in it in any way, I can assume he/she is a leeching alt, and that the account should be perma-banned and or given a serious warning, not another meaningless 6 hour ban from Lipschitz. People have been banned longer for less.
