Title: Fix the sound when arrows glance

You adjusted the soak and damage, but glances still sound like solid hits. Silly to have to go to the scoreboard to see if you are getting penetration or not.

Maybe if you didn't have such a small penis, then your would be able to hear when your penetrate stuff. But since your an archer n all, i guess your stuck with that tiny shrimp sized penis.
