Title: What is WSE2 ?

Seriously ? I know we've been running WSE in cRPG to use customized hard coded things in warband . Now there is WSE2 and it is optional.
Whats it's difference compared to old WSE ? Since people play in the same servers no matter which WSE they run, i wonder the difference . Customizing FoV and such tweaks in options ?  Why is it optional ? What are the cons ?

Pros: more features (FoV customization, key binds, graphics options...), proper support for changed mechanics (turn rate, walking...), lower memory usage, runs faster/smoother on some PCs
Cons: no DirectX 7 mode, runs slower/choppier on some PCs

you fucked me up, i had to suffer terribly for months untill i got new PC.

In all fairness, using some potato box to play crpg doesn't really count :wink:

Thanks for the reply. Loved adjustable FoV especially on FPS mode !
I have some FPS issues on siege server lately . Actually the weird thing is my FPS doesn't go below 60 or at least 40 yet it feels like 20ish sometimes. I guess it is related to dead body amount but i just don't accept that my pc can't handle it.

Running on highest settings but when i change graphical options to low, i still have the same issue. (With max dead body amounts)

Do i really need to lower dead body count or it might be something different ?

Im a lil necrophilic,i love seeing dead people in retarded conditions :D

Try lowering the amount of ragdolls as well. Make sure you have Instancing enabled (in graphical options), since it runs smoother, at least for me.

Will do, thanks for the advice and Patason,I've read your performance issues aswell, disabling v-sync helped ?

No. I have tested the new version a bit with vsync off and I got stuttering and cav warping as well, so I'm back to vsync, since it fixes the warping and I've already gotten used to the input lag, which isn't so bad anyway.
