Steam is really unreliable these last few days

Steam totally down which means no Dota tonight and a constant queue of 20000+ in LoL......I recon its EU1 time. :rolleyes:

It's back, but i don't see any changes, or reason as to why it was down...
Oh well, not that it matters, as long as it doesn't become an habbit.

Update your games, then when Steam is down, launch it in offline mode. You can still play the games.

Steam takes too much control over games (damned force-update-chocolate chip cookie-policy)... life is so much easier if you can buy the game elsewhere and just add it to steam library, at least you retain the control of what to do with the game and what version to play.

there was a big cs:go patch yesterday maybe thats what have caused it
