Title: i just need a answer

 :cry: for some reason i lost all my looms, so i send my friend came here ,2 help me find some one who can help me take them back.
he told me GM answer is: some one stole my gears from my account. we can take it back.
but now i wait it for almost a year. i just need a answer, can i get my looms back?

pics or gtfo (seriously show us a screenshot of you signed into your account and your inventory). 

I'm guessing you're signing into the wrong account.  Or you are using a different CD-Key than the one you used to play with.

so let me get this straight

you lost all your looms one day and have waited for a year for them to show back?

I'd ask your trusted friend who's helping you does he know anything about that. did you by chance give him your pass  :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

That's my point, you don't know what's going on.  If you want help, you need to provide information.

Are you able to sign into the c-rpg website?  Does it show your characters you had when you used to play?  How do you know your loomed items/loompoints are gone?

he is ok, if he want i can give him all my gears and he knows. that not necessary.

Go on IRC  (click the Chat tab near the top) and make your name in there your character name, and type something like "hey can i talk to a developer or admin about something important", stay in there til one of them reply to you and then try explain exactly what happened to them. It will be much more helpful than posting a thread about it where people are just going to make fun you for bad English.

On a serious note, I am the friend OP is talking about.
I spoke to Harald about Guantou's account being hacked and all his looms stolen, around September last year, and Harald haven't give me an answer yet.
So I wish if any person in charge of database or account can help my friend here.
I know tracing an item could be very difficult, but if possible, I can help with that.

29.10.2013 his 6 masterwork items were transferred to ZEFITSFJGE, alt of BenLaDeng. Does he maybe have shared his password to him?

Can't offer much help, my tools are quite limited. You should try contacting Harald again.
