4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after- He delayed the round after the flag bugged for the entire time,like 3 minutes of hiding. I told him not to do it again and threatened a ban thread he played like he didn't give a crap. I let it go then next round for no reason he kills my horse and says he didn't see the banner. He trolled because he knew all the admins were in a strat fight.

Without a screenshot, there's not much that can be done if he was allegedly hitting your horse.
