Title: Black armor project - reskins for download

Welcome to the black armor project thread, where I, and hopefully others, will work on creating more black armor in the game via reskinning and retexturing as needed. this game seriously lacks black armor, and its time to fill the void.

Please vote so that the devs will consider adding in black armor!

Please review and comment below for any changes/additions you'd like to see.

I plan on making recolored/retextured chain gauntlets, coif, and boots to match the dark hauberk. more to come.

Yeah, this is some good looking stuff. I actually posted this armor on an earlier thread, but with just the basic mirror polish finish rather than the blackened set. This looks really great though, I think I like it more than the polish. It would be great to have this in game.

Wow, they've got some quality armors in there, but it looks like the devs might've already looked through this because I see some cRPG items in there. That black armor is pretty sexy though.

I've posted this before, and am not extremely pleased with it, but it fits the "black armor compilation" you want. It's basically a re-texture of the Milanese plate, but with a fluted design on the curaiss instead. Still would be a unique armor to have in game.

This is all from the Age of Change II mod of which the model maker is Zimke Zlovoljni and these items are to be exclusively used for this mod as far as I know. We have got a fair amount of Zimke made items but they were all commisioned especially for cRPG. cRPG can't use these models but you can commission models for a small fee, as Byzantium, Kapikulu and Fallen have done in the past I believe.

Oh, i see. thanks teeth! I will be working on a recolor of the milanese armor set, with boots, helm, and gloves to match. more progress later.

Finished my plate recolors, may need minor adjustments but it seems good enough for government work. more to come.

Oh wow, this has already been done? more reason for them to put black plate in. I like my recolor a bit better because its not so blatantly black
