Title: Fief double attack?

I did a fief transfer today on Nova Mijayet, and literally as soon as the battle ended another one launched for some reason.

As you can see in the battle listing, I am now apparently attacking my own fief.

EDIT:

All of the troops inside the village were killed too, it seems.  Is this supposed to happen now?  Doesn't seem right to me.

You can do a command to move or attack while a battle is initiated, and it will start moving to do it as soon as it ends.

I'm not sure if you can do it to the same thing you are attacking already cause i've never tried it before, but it seems like the most obvious reason for this, i.e you hit attack after the attack already started, and it queue'd it for when the battle ended.

That could be the reason, but I don't recall even touching the map after I attacked it.  I'm mostly confused by the fact that I'm capable of even attacking my own fief.

If you did manage the to do the double attack, my guess would be that you attacked before strategus realized you were the new fief owner. After you win a battle it takes a minute or so to update the map with your name and faction as the owner.
