Add 1-3 GB RAM at least, get a 512mb graphic cards, expect to have a dual core... and more space as well. To have it run without any problems and to satisfy our gamer's lust for max fps I'd rather recommend about 4-8gb RAM though and a far better CPU/graphic card. :P
The specs they are listing are probably only meant that a game can start?

I'd say an octacore AMD with at least 4ghz or an Intel quad core at 4.5ghz and paired with a 290x or 780ti for minimum.

Yeah let's go with an OC i7-4770k, dual EVGA GTX-780ti and OC Asus Rampage IV  :mrgreen: :mrgreen:
add a custom made liquid co2 cooling system and a quiet psu 1000w + some gigs corsair ram  :mrgreen:
