+1 for Alan Rickman and Morgan Freeman. (Cancel Christmas. *snicker*)

But that version of Robin Hood is (with the exception of the Russel Crowe version. I refuse to count that one.) is my least favorite. The 1938 Errol Flynn version is a true classic and my favorite. However, there will always be a soft place in my heart for the Mel Brooks spoof with Cary Elwes as Robin Hood.

i believe freeman use a falchion and not a scimitar

its a persian scimitar i also saw it was called falchion scimitar on some websites but i think thats a fail
