Option 2: Level 32

Is it worth it putting 8 points in WM? Will 8 WM allow me to spamm?

Yes, to answer the question about wpf. Damage (+ speed bonus), weapon speed, wpf, and length all contribute for fast swings.
What's with the unspent skill points? Would do option 1 if you can increase the wpf a bit, otherwise option 2.

I did option 1 pre wpf patch and it was a lot of fun. Now it's not nearly as good since 2wm is very deficient in terms of wpf. I would range people with the long hafted spiked mace and kick them when they came near, then hold swing, hopefully getting the knockdown, then it was retry much all over.

The unspent skill points are just what would be left. I could put them into whatever I reckon. I do feel a little squishy at 18-24 and no IF, even with 50+ to all armor. Do I need to put all of them into WM or should I split them between WM and IF?
I also could do option 1 and increase the wpf it would just take me till level 33 which I am prolly going there anyways. hmm decisions decisions...

No doubt about it. Max WM. I dont understand how can you even play without decent wpf (21 WM doesnt result in a shit ton, just normal amount of WPF (in EU)?

Option 2 with 1 in shield would be the "best" overall choice in terms of balance and min-maxing.
Buuuuuuuut, Option 3 with those 2 skill points in WM would give you 117 wpf. Since you're already used to 90 wpf, 117 will make a world of difference and 9 athletics is no joke for speed bonuses.
So, I would say option 3 personally.

So that's why they're so spammy!
I'd go with option 2 then. I'd like to say find a compromise between WM and IF though. 139 wpf in pole is still pretty decent, though not as good compared to others nowadays. However, you said you use 50+ armor? If so, I would maximize WM to 8 or at least 7 so your effective wpf is still in the 130+ range. With at least 7 WM, the boost to your damage should be slightly greater than having 7 PS instead. Then there's the speed you'll have. (184 wpf.)

And I thought I was an agiwhore. Turns out my 27 agi is low compared to the average of 63 agi

I went with option 2 and now my long maul and long voulge are faster than longsword :D
