Diablo 3 at launch was disappointing to me because once you got to inferno it was a solo grind for gear. 99% of gear that dropped was pure trash. Playing a demon hunter it was simply avoid any damage or die, and kill everything as fast as possible. Very few builds were even viable in inferno because you had to max DPS to get anywhere.

This game HAS CHANGED!!! It is now the Diablo 3 everyone was wanting. Believe me I was a hater until I played myself a few days ago.
- All abilities are AWESOME and any build is viable
- They got rid of neph. bonus so you can freely switch between builds depending on the situation
- Loot is tailored to your character
- Legendary's are proper awesome now
- Elites have been 100% reworked. New abilities, lower damage higher HP. They feel like they should
- Mini bosses have been tweaked or flat out reworked and are much better mechanically
- The more players the more gold/exp/loot you get and it actually encourages playing with people(the new Neph buff)
- Paragon system is cool

This game is a lot of fun now and by far is the best ARPG out there. PoE is fun and Im not hating on it, but its more a statement of how far D3 has come. Try it out!

YEah but this is diablo 3 2.0, its diablo reborn. Going to try this patch see if its better, having to upgrade through the auction house was boring.

Wife bought me a copy for PS3 just this weekend, and guess what, she wants us to play together :D
 
Didn't like it for PC. Major disappointment. But i might give it another try as a local co-op :) We were planning to play this weekend, but some other stuff came by.. Next week - we will play the shit out of it! 
Envy me! Honestly guys, you will be lucky to find a wife who will tolerate you playing videogames for even a few hours a week. Mine? She earns more than me, going to gym 5 days a week and lets me play video games all i want ( aaaaan she is not super pissed about me smoking weed from time to time ) :D Living a dream! One day at a fucking time baby!

Hey guys today I bought a pack of gum, it was the best gum ever. Even shared it with my girlfriend. Also she's the queen of Zimbabwe and attends magical ponies 10 hours a day.

Pre-ordered it too...

Played a little with a new char and the bonus xp to test out the new loot system and it's great. Shitload of useful stuff and you actually have to decide between several items equally nice all the time.
And after watching some gameplay videos I am very confident that the adventure mode and the Templar class is going to be real fun.

With Diablo 3 it's similar to to AC: Black Flag.
Black Flag is probably a bad AC but it's a great game in its on right. Same for Diablo 3 - might be a bad Diablo but it's a great hack'n slash dungeon crawler...

@Thovex: lol I was about to ask if you wanna coop with me but... seriously... lvl 60/100? :lol:

It took me 3 days or something by playing ~2-3 hours a day to get paragon 100 it's really easy compared to before obviously. :P

Does it still have that annoying micro stutter if you play the game on anything but a SSD hard drive or from a USB flash drive? apparently the game doesn't utilize the RAM very well and loads everything straight from hard drive as you run along playing, which for a lot of people causes the annoying micro stutter regardless of how good your cpu, gpu and ram are. I experienced it last time I tried the game just to see if they had improved it ( which they hadn't really at the time ) and I had the annoying as fuck micro stutter which I couldn't bare to play with lol.

Never lagged for me, i could max it out on my old pc which was shit. The game is well optimized, takes pretty much no time to load stuff and looks pretty.

No performance issues here either and I play it on a crappy laptop.

Why, that's Blizzard.
Game costs about 50Euro at release, add ons in WoW cost 30-40 Euro. Server transfer costs 20 Euro, race change costs 20 Euro, name change costs about 7Euro. And since some time you can make a character lvl 90 for about 50Euro. ;)
So, about 40 Euro for an add-on that gives you a new class and a new chapter is perfectly fine.. hehe

I don't buy it yet though.

You can buy a key @ G2A.com for 27 euro.

Or buy the 40$ battle.net Americas diablo 3 expansion and that roughtly converts into 28 euro.. [It's region free so]

Either way it's released in 30 min, I'm quite excited.  :P

My disappointment was so damn hard with D3. At this time, the only way they can get me playing again would be to offer that damnable expansion for free. I don't know how the revision of the game will turn out to be but I know one thing for sure: I am not paying Blizzard a single dime ever again.
