should be noted he kept attacking stand up the whole round, unprovoked.

Noticed a couple of things here.
The first being he TK'd someone just a few minutes before you and was reported by three different people in about 4 minutes.
The other bit, it looks like he actually TK'd you at the very end of the round, but I should remind everyone about the official server rules:
...(teamkilling friends after a round ends is allowed, teamkilling random people is not)
He has quite the ban history as well, but only a short TK ban in the past month.
I'll make this one 24hrs.
