AFAIR: max weight 10

Oh yeah dont forget to put leaden weights in your quiver, for stability of course. Fucking dumb.

Wasn't the max weight increased to 11? Could be wrong but I think I read that somewhere somewhen.

I think I heard some gossip long time ago that they increased the effective weight limit for archers to above 10.

*AHEM*

As for your question, there is no maximum weight for you to wear as any class. More weight will reduce you weapon proficiency though. Unless you're asking, "How much weight can I carry before my proficiency in archery drops?" Probably any medium-tier armor will drop your proficiency a good bit in battle (it's not permanent. Just use lighter armor to keep most of your proficiency.)  You can find the weight of each piece of armor (and weapons and items) in the description of the item in either your inventory, or the shop.

Just to give you an idea, this is my current setup as an archer:

Will you guys fuck off? The dude's new and is asking a serious question. Troll elsewhere! Sheesh! I'm thinking the best way to answer him and you guys go trolling. We got a section of the forum devoted to that, and it ain't here

So far, noone has trolled in this thread, and your post shows that you havant understood his question or game mechanics. Pls fuck off scrub.

Figures you'd catch it. Yeah, I took a closer look at the posts. And revised my earlier statement. My brain left out a few critical words in the posts.   That and I'm too used to seeing trolling here.

This one

It will be safe if you will stay around 10 weight with multi to head and hand, anyway drop of wpf is percentage and AFAIK 1.0 weight above 10 is 1% of your total wpf. so even if you will have a bit more than 10 changes are almost unnoticable.

Wear whatever you will always be slow. Just don't go over a tunic or a guy in plate can run you down.
