Title: EU 2 map broken on the server
Post by: Dolphin on February 27, 2014, 07:07:52 pm
I dont get why no one have made a thread but this map kills everybody mid round and give counters there and then ends again when timer reaches 0.

(click to show/hide)

There is also a thread but its getting old already this map needs to go off the list asap !

This problem is killing EU 2 when it comes on.

I have also and probably alot others have paid insane upkeep as the rounds ends with 1 min intervals

Here to confirm. It happens only on this map. Last time playing here, it happened only once. Right now all hell is loose. This keeps happening all the time in the middle of the round.

Basically, everyone dies as if it was the end of the round. Random people (mostly a lot of people) are given valor. Gives you multi, loses your multi and even costs upkeep multiple times midround.

I don't get why you're complaining, it's a good map.

It is glitched. It randomly gives all players the round ending animation in the middle of the round. It screws everyones multis and even deducts upkeep cost from your gold multiple times during the round. That is the problem.

In my opinion it got a really borring idea to how siege is to be played, but that is not a good enough reason to remove it unless everyone thinks the same.

But opinion aside ITS broken as in it fucks with the mod and we cant have maps that are like that.

Should be removed from the rotation until patch fixes it. For now just don't destroy any of the props that are destroyable. The mapper put some of the stronghold props in there and when hitting them they enable scripts that cause those glitches.

I think Lords would have loved having a castle like that in the middleages. At least whenever a raid or war was started that would be a nice castle to defend. :)

This is an intended feature to simulate the effect of disease on sieges.
