4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after.
I accidentally team killed Dracul person while on my horse trying to hit an enemy. At the start of next round he kills my horse and team wounds me. I ask for assistance from an admin and Trolee (not sure if admin) says "I don't care" and "you are bad at cav". The killing of my horse didn't bother me so much as the neglect of rules by someone who is in charge of them.
5. Why you think the offender did what he did.
Because I accidentally killed him in a ride by attack on an enemy.

right off the bat you are adding false information into your report i didnt harm you in the slightest notice the full HP bar.

 2nd i killed your horse because you did not apologize for giving me a free lobotomy *i should be gracious*?

accident vs on purpose, and yes it is considered "team wounding" when you kill your team mates horse.

I did not say sorry because I usually don't have time to type that when riding at 100mph
