My brother occasionally plays, and some other friends I have in Malaysia and Singapore. Unfortunately, they report that NA and China are about the same. Apparently the Japanese server had the best latency, but I think that went down awhile back.

If I ever make some real money I'd totally cough up some money for a server in SG.
