Well, after i earned some cash i decied to buy gud pc to see how games look with better details, so i bought msi GE40 Dragon Eye. Evrything was fine (skyrim max details, tits n stuff) till i insatlled cRPG on new pc i started playing. Most of the time i have like 30-40 fps with drops to 15-20. I use Directx 7 and lowest settings. With high and medium settings and Dir9 i have like: medium 30 fps, high 20 fp. I tryed multiple fixes n stuff -none of dem worked. My PC "guts":
CPU: Intel Core i7-4702MQ 2.2 GHz, 3.2 GHz Turbo, 6 MB Cache
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX760M / 2GB GDDR6
I have Windows 8. I know there were many topic like "QQ low fps" but none of the fixes worked for me. Help Q___Q

Basic steps you should take:
- Lock FPS at 60
- Disable MSAA
- Turn off particle effects
Everything else you can max out. These three are the problematic settings that might still have an impact on a very good PC.

well i have fps locked at 50, all graphic settings set to lowest or turned off and i still have crap fps. I disabled MSAA, turned off particles and maxed the rest - still 30 fps :S

Try WSE2 (you should be using it with that rig). Download the latest drivers (http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-uk), DirectX (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35) and C++ Redist 2008 (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=15336) (if you haven't yet). Even though games install their files, usually you need to download DirectX whenever you reinstall Windows.

So weird. I thought you didn't know these settings but obviously you do.
Only thing I can think of is that the game does not recognize your video card and is attempting to use integrated graphics. Pretty sure someone wrote about that problem a while ago but I'm not sure where to find that thread now. I will take a look and notify you about it if I do.
Edit: Here I found it http://forum.melee.org/crpg-technical-problems/discrete-video-card-disabled/
Sadly, there is no solution in that thread though. I haven't used an Nvidia Card for a long while but I think the video card interface allows you to force games to run with your specified settings. Also, again on the control center interface, see whether you have settings like supersampling turned on in general 3D settings. That and a handful of other settings seriously impair ingame performance when turned on.

Well after updating my driver etc. i found out i can play on WSE with low settings with constatnt 50 fps ;p
Edit:
Now even better : 70. Thanks guys i never was thinkin about using WSE since i remmember it was lagging as hell on my old PC. :D
