Title: Same key new player, questions

oh hai \(  ^___^  )/

a friend of mine gave his key to another friend. He doesn't remember his username or pass, he wasn't really active to begin with.

so my question now is is there any option to retrieve his username and pass and change it or delete it so the account is clear.

his name was puger o my old friend_puger if I recall correctly

You can reset the password ingame (QMPS) and get the account name and a new password. Then delete the characters yourself. We won't remove an existing account for a key.
