since its coming up more often, its constantly in my way and I cant see jack while fighting, highly disturbing.
can sth be done? transperent message, smaller letters or move it to top of screen?

A lot of things could be done about this, and the truth is, it would take just minutes to fix annoying messages like this one.
Easy and quite good solution would be to change it to Display_Message with some fancy font colour. Poll interface could be also changed, plenty of things can be improve here.
But I'm affraid there are many more important things to do by devs, like nerfing archers, nerfing ranged, nerfing, nerfing and more nerfing, so we will probably never see interface fixed.
BTW: I would have done this by myself long time ago, but crpg source code isn't released to public unfortunatelly :(.

...this wouldn't fits to a certain theme.
...in the medieval past , they had a herald with trumpet to keep up attention to such important messages & commands. a herald-npc surrounding the battlefield would be historically authentic.

Is it some sort of incantation? You keep repeating it everywhere.

That person's banner was removed in the last purge, so it got butthurt and is thus spamming everywhere, because it's banner would not fit a certain theme and was not historically authentic.

...i got not butthurt because of the banner removing , but i got butthurt because of the selection and points of view 'bout banner removes.

If something can be done about the message e.g: moving it to the top of the screen, same should be done with poll messages.
