Bec gets knockdown on reverse mode.
No other pierce weapons get knockdown on reverse mode.
I suggest we remove knockdown from bec, or add it to things like picks.
That's all. Pretty simple really. Doesn't make sense from a balance perspective to have one weapon get it and not the others.
Edit: The only primary pierce weapons I know of with a blunt alternate mode are the bec, military pick, and steel pick. That's mainly what I'm referring to. Fill me in if I missed any...
In all weapons that have alternate modes, the alternate mode is inferior to the primary mode by just a little bit. With the bec, the alternate mode is actually better. This is what I'm talking about.

You've never actually looked at any of the pierce/blunt weapons in game I take it?

the Poleaxe, elegant poleaxe, long spiked club, warhammer, military hammer and the geodendag all have a combination of pierce and knock-down attacks

I'm referring to the military pick and steel pick. On both of these pierce weapons, the alternate mode is clearly inferior to the primary mode by a small margin. With the bec, the opposite is true, so I think it should be adjusted perhaps.
Which are you referring to?

I'm talking about primary pierce weapons with a blunt reverse side. I only know 3 of those -- bec, military pick, steel pick. I could be missing some though...

"Dadaw"
"Look at the other weapons"
"What about the goedendag"
ok, thanks for the discussion guys. I will keep these things in mind when I think I notice something inconsistent! :)
