I didn't really think people in EU did lifting or anything like that...
But since there seems to be some interest i will change the topic.
Also...
You can do sets while playing c-rpg but they are sporadic... and to do it with effort can actually take a lot of energy. C-rpg does sap your energy... and jumping up right after you die to do a set can make you seem OCD or kinda manic... But don't worry bro, it's just how it's done.
