Title: Namechange issue?

I've attempted to change my name GodlyHerb_MB to something very appropriate several times and it takes forever to get declined for no reason. please acccept...

For a fee of 1,000 gold you can fix typos or add a clan tag. Full name changes are not allowed. All requests are manually reviewed so it might take a while until it is accepted.

If this has been done politely asking in admin chat or regular chat in a server with an admin for them to change it generally works pretty quickly.
