  I was double tapped by a ballista, first was in the back and I assumed it was an accident.  The second was in my face as I was walking back to the viscount, making it pretty clear what the deal was.  I kick polled, it was declined, and then I proceeded to wait the 5 minutes for the bugged AI to be hunted down and killed.   
5. Why you think the offender did what he did.
  The map was pretty boring, and he seems pretty ANGRY.

7. Names of players that can witness what happened.
  Anyone in NA_7 around the time I was connected would have seen the kick poll go up.

Checked the logs and it seems to be intentional, on top of that this is his second ban for team killing this month.
