Just fixes and 3 new maps for dtv.

longsword went back down in price again

3.3.0 : 13160 gold (930 upkeep)

3.3.1 : 10134 gold (709 upkeep)

still more expensive overall though

with about 1000% more knockdown weapons in eu2 y no roll!
