entering the shop I noticed that a couple of days have been changed prices (and of course their repair) now costs the double long sword 13k gold was first 7.7k gold as well as the long iron mace and the mace bar that now costs most of the great maul.
What are your opinions?

Longsword is one of the best weapons in the game. price now reflects that :P
-
Now the prices of the weapons in question have been updated. Now I think are reasonable and consistent:
Longsword 10134 - Bar mace 8386 - Morningstar 9768 - Long Iron Mace 7482.
well done gentlemen :D

The new prices are an obvious attempt to balance with currency, discouraging people from using the longsword and other items (rather than prices being based on the relative cost of creating different weapons/armor).
Which is fine, but silly...and probably only a couple people are effected or discouraged by this.
I still make money.

Personally, I would like a system in which increased popularity of a weapon would automatically increase its price. So every month/week/day, weapon prices would be scaled by (popularity/average weapon popularity). This way, flavor of the month would truly come into play, and weapons would slowly cycle between popular and unpopular.

I think we have a 2 tier weapon rank system. Either it is shit and cheap or 4-7k+ and good. Going from 7k to 18k is often not doing anything but changing some stats around. It doesn't make the weapon better so why are they more expensive?
Should try to contract all the prices from 4k+ because they are sidegrades rather than upgrades mostly

If price justifies effectiveness, then you must make cav good again.
