Title: Wrong gender at character creation..

Hi, I hope this is the right place to post this. I just recently started my character by logging into the game via warband and then using the given password to register my account on the site. When I reviewed my character it listed its gender as female even though I had never specified this. Upon trying to change it I was informed that I would either need to level to 31 and retire, or visit a doctor. So two questions:

1)How do I go about visiting a doctor?

2)Is there any way that this can be corrected by staff?

I reset the gender. Make sure to update your ingame profile and set it to male before you connect to any server. The "doctor" is an auction on the marketplace.
