Very few games 2014 are worth 99% off, let alone 75%.  It would be one thing if Steam had a refund policy besides "no", or if I could simply resell keys, but since I can't do either, can't be bothered.

Steam actually has a refund policy. It's called opening a dispute on Paypal.

Weird, I claimed Hitman: Absolution and Sleeping Dogs crashed on startup despite my comp matching the requirements, and got a refund for both.
