Title: Might be a good idea about colored helmets/armours

Instead of adding new items with colored effect, you might just replace the old one but add a tickbox in the inventory menu, something like:
 ◘ Color the helmet in your banner color
 ◘ Color the armour in your banner color
So there's one item which you could use either with its original look or add your banner color to it.

So that people don't have to loom a "duplicate" item and just for simplicity.

(I made suggestion about the colored winged I guess this is similar, I just want them double items removed so theres only one of them. I fail to see reason to have a "native" colored one and a custom colored one... WHY?!  :lol:  your idea is better http://forum.melee.org/suggestions-corner/item-winged-helmet/ )

What is released for all, should be checked first for medieval imersion not being scratched.
If for personal use only, something then only the guy who uploads it wears it himself would see.
If for a clan, again check that the medieval theme is not broken by it, but if confirmed, then to be seen by all.

You could also bind it at occations, so that for festivals, people would be allwoed to uplaod uniq stuff, which would be delted after the festival...

Personalisation and customization, i do like, aslong i wouldnt make the game less enjoyable for others by it.

looming gear because of colors ... just give us a few options to customize our stuff.

I was thinking more in just being able to change the colour on a few pieces of armour, like a feather on a heltmet or a piece of cloth on an armour. And it didnt have to save it so you can loom it and sell it normaly.
