Title: Ban Dr. Demento, Teamkilling

Dr. Demento purposefully teamkilled me in Defend the Viscount.  He nudged me, then I reported him for it because it injured me, thinking it would serve right as a warning to stop doing that.  Then he proceeded to slash me to death with his axe.  Please take justice upon, he ruined my experience.

Nudges don't injure you unless it's a shield bash, and you'd have to be naked with 3 strength for that to even do more than 1/20th

Do not post in any further ban posts unless you were there and have something actually pertinent to say. Nudges are as reportable as any other type of team hits and are certainly no reason for additional revenge attacks.

Chimey, please post this in the proper format as previously requested.

It is possible to hurt and kill someone with a nudge. It's rare, but possible. Just like Gran said, it IS a reportable offence and if someone reports you for it, don't continue.

I apoligize, I was not aware of that new format.   I will change it as requested.

Also, I am doing an AGI build with low strength, and lighter armors.  It was doing damage, but also knocking me out of formation for the shield wall, which as you may know is critical for DTV.

3. Time and server, as accurately as possible: 11:30ish, NA_7
4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after.: I was shielding in DTV when Dr. Demento nudged me for standing in his way, and being injured and disrupted with the enemy upon us, I M'd him.  He apparently was set off on some butthurt frenzy and slashed me with his axe.  Then I told him to stop and he continued until I was dead.  It was a purposeful, meaningless TEAMKILL.
5. Why you think the offender did what he did: He has serious rage issues, and a history of it.  apparently he gets offended by a simple 1/5 report.

This makes 3 bans in as many months, 5 total. 48 hours.
