I think it would be nice balance decision to change rondel's swing damage from pierce to cut.

Then they could just aswell delete it. If you gave it cut it would just be another dagger :?
I think a lot of people, including me, wouldn't mind it getting deleted at all.

Pierce damage on swings, still make it a better choice for me (compared to long dagger).It was supposed to get the model rotated to reflect that while in alt mode, but that never happened.
I always thought the pierce damage on swings was to reflect an effect like this, too bad the model doesn't really look like that when the weapon mode is switched:(click to show/hide)

Also enlighten me as to how reasonable it is for a dagger to damage plate.
Is it not rotated the same way as 1h axes right now ? Which would be hard to see for a rondel dagger ofc.Right now I do believe it rotates the same as the axes, which means you can't tell anything changes because it's a cylinder. You'd have to rotate around a different axis to get it to reflect the different hand hold as was originally intended.
