Damn. Only got 100Mb/s. I've heard of people that have 1000+ Mbit in other parts of Sweden.

Please tell me thats Mbit/s and not Mbyte/s

We can get it here but its really not worth paying for it as its expensive as hell. I think 100/100 is more than enough :)

Crazy fucking Swedes and your internet.... When I lived in New Mexico I had 180kbs DL lol.. Took me a week to download and update GW2.  Waste of a week.  I also lived in the middle of nowhere on a cattle ranch so, was just glad to be able to play games.

Fucking third world outspeeding me in my rich ass country. I am not that tech savvy but why is my upload speed much lower than anyone elses?

You don't have FTTH (optic). Optic cables usually have same download/upload speed as opposed to other types of connections (coaxial cable for example). Then again one doesn't really need that much upload speed for gaming.

As far as I know upload is important in many games where much data is sent from client to server, I've seen people with 10/10 have much better ping in WB for example, than I have had with my old 50/5.

I would recommend pingtest.net aswell, to go with speedtest, it shows things like packet loss and jitter.

Pretty sure that's because of location and not your upload speed. 5 Mb is more than enough for games like Warband. Upload matters for stuff like streaming, remote desktop connections or just plain uploading of files. Even 1 Mb should be more than sufficient.

In my University Dorms I regularly had 800mb/s down, it was fucking orgasmic.

Now that I'm in a much more affordable apartment, I pay Comcast for 50mb/s but usually get like 750kb cos goddamn Venezuelan roommate.

I'm payin for way more but the connection on my location is bad due to old cables and stuff.
