The Long dagger is better than the rondel in literally every catagory. Plus, the rondel is more expensive. What idiot does the balancing for this game?

As a seasoned dagger user (Mellow_Yellowtf in game if you recognize the name), the long dagger is ubiquitously better than the rondel dagger in all but the most niche applications. I own both masterwork, and though I love the rondel dagger, it no longer has the best stab, it is shorter, and you must switch modes to swing, making chambering even more difficult than with the long dagger. The only upside, pierce on swings, is hardly viable in most situations because it is so short. I would suggest removing the secondary mode malus and allow swinging and stabbing without swtiching, lowering the price (lol), or raising the stab damage again and making it "unusable with shield". I much prefer the latter. (For obvious reasons)

This made me lol. Idk why. But I +1'd it

I use it when I am too lazy to move my mouse to stab.

Good
Daggers only have a place if they are used by players that chamber well. None of them should be usable with a shield, then balance them as chambering weapons
