At current, we can retire at 46 in cRPG (level + 15). I feel this is a travesty to employers and move to vote that we increase the age to more in line with the UK levels of at least 61.

So at level one you would be age 30+ instead of age 16. Okay.

61?? I think you'll find the retirement age of most people (working in the Public Sector) have to retire at 65 in the UK!
