Meah... That's 0.5/5 on my crazy scale... And half-a-start is a compliment. There is a photo-serie, that i have seen on 4chan, looked really legit:
A guy takes pictures of his testicles, goes to a hospital, get his testicles surgically removed and bagged, comes back home, chops his freshly removed balls and cooks them on a frying pan, eats them afterwards - Bon Appetite!

That was a solid 4/5 on my scale! Try and google it somehow, i bet it still hanging on the internet somewhere :)
