Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after. multiple teamkills and teamhits during the stated time, you can see lot of kick polls etc, unfortunately ban polls were disabled 5. Why you think the offender did what he did according to its ping(160), it's an NA player, and dont afraids EU ban, so can i suggest a global ban? 6. Multiple Screenshots
