We play c-RPG because we don't have to finish some quests, interact with npcs and other bs , and not having magical skills or idiotic combos. In c-RPG you re free.
But its boring as fuck after all the whining and nerfs and e peen penis fightings , i dont know why i am still playing.

Oh 2011, when the skilled players still clutched rounds against a dozen opponents and when being able to block consistently made you a better player than 80% of the community. Oh 2011 when I was still a ninja with a k/d barely surpassing 1. Oh what a slow learner I have been.

You know what's funny? When I click on show post on TW forums, there are none listed. Probably because they were all in cRPG section, which was sucked in the wormhole.

I would think the majority of the community is from 2011. Old players are usually the ones that care enough to stick around.

Bought warband on steam on the Xmas sales of 2010, played some native, saw it was so easy, then played some single player mods, and on january the third I first launched c-rpg..
