I've done it in the past. Lack of +3 hoplite weapons in the armoury, saw the longsword and gave it a shot. It is lulzy and easily viable due to high damage. Was able to top the scoreboard with it, but a double sided lance is pretty much the same thing but then with a whole lot more reach. It is fun to switch back to 1h mode and do a 106 rightswing in an unexpecting opponent's face. Guess it is a funny weapon for a triple hybrid, switch around between the high damage pole stab and the long 1h animation swings, then put your shield on your back and go 2h on people's asses.

Also, buff the 1h mode of 2h usable with shield.

I ve a Char on gen 2 with a friend we were playing hbs hoplites and that was just Fun:)

I've been telling this since eternity, yet no one actually cared. Even when they suggested that bastard sword should be 1/2h mode by pressing x. I told them to go fuck up their arses but no one still cared.
