4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after. - Accidental teamwound to offending character followed by retaliation and offensive language resulting in a teamkill to plaintiff.
5. Why you think the offender did what he did. - Just a jealous kid i suspect.
6. Multiple Screenshots - screen shot presented in OP with sufficient evidence.
7. Names of players that can witness what happened. - N/A to scenario none to submit.
