Title: Someone please fill me in

I was gone for two weeks, my character was at lvl 33 now its at 23 and all my stats reset?  Someone please fill me in.

lol i read that before i posted this, why were higher level characters rerolled was my question. boo

The xp per level was increased and EVERYONE lost levels and was restatted.
