They nudged me once, I didn't ctrl-m it, nudged me again a bit later (same map), I ctrl-m'd it, they then end of round TKed me.
5. Why you think the offender did what he did.: Pissed from the ctrl-m I suppose.

7. Names of players that can witness what happened.: Not sure, didn't make a big deal out of it in game. Most regulars were there, dunno if they noticed.
