3. Time and server, as accurately as possible EU Battle, 9:15 AM EST
4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after. I logged on to level up my new alt, FOODSTAMPS, when I was viciously attacked for no reason at the start of the round. You can see he has hit me twice, which I reported. I think he should be dealt with swiftly and harshly. You will see it was not a mistake as there are no enemies near us.
