like on elder scrolls games? I read that on crpg wiki, but didnt know that.

No. WPF levels can only be acquired by purchasing them with the points you get from AGI and Weapon Mastery.

That is what happens in native single player mode of Warband. In crpg, you can only earn WPF the way Nehvar described.

Does crpg wiki even work anymore? Couldn't find a link... Anyway if you somehow read it, it must be mostly outdated.
