Title: Allow full name changes for ALT characters.

Alt characters should be allowed to do full name changes, I dont see a reason why not

Yeah, especially STF characters. Oftentimes I just want to goof off with a specific build and a specific name due to some humorous link between the two but I can't do that without creating a new STF character.

Your skip the fun can change it's name whenever you want, just costs 1k but is instant now.

One reason would be that it only takes 7 days to replace the current hero with another one.
