About 22:25 UTC +1, EU3 during Strategus Battle [Thu 22:05 - The Kalmar Union vs. Knights_Who_say_Ni]

4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after.
My side had no horseback polearm weapon instead of Long Hafted Spiked Mace. I started to use Long Spear to have some fun. After few minutes, someone made poll to kick. I stopped my behaviour and played with, not against rules. Got kicked. I returned on the server, someone said "Why to make kick poll, when you can ban". Guess what? Someone listened to this shitty idea, and I got banned for the crime I was already punished for. I wasn't using any wrong weapon. I managed to spawn one time and pick up longsword and tried to use it in polearm mode.

5. Why you think the offender did what he did.*
Dunno, to fell the power in his hands? To get rid of player in other team for the crime I was no longer commiting?

Hello, Is it me you are looking for?

Yes, what this man said is actually completely true.

He broke the rules by using long spear on horseback, but, as he said: he stopped using it after the first kick.
When he got punished by kick the should've left it, instead of banpolling him instantly when he rejoined.

They are probably just mad because we beat them(they had around 300troops i think when we ended it), and since Sanxus was acting like a dick when he used long spear they probably just though; Hey, what the heck, lets ban him to feel like we aren't mad because are losing, but because he "cheated".

After all, it is the end of the strat and it was a so called "fun" battle.

btw i was  on Ni side. they wasnt butthurt at all.....we had lots of laugh, tony was a lame dj as usuall;) etc.....
oh ye...problem is that you guys should tell him to drop his long spear, insted you just  started to insult Ni guys with wolves_odyeseus(or something like that) and kalmar guys on the front......

I was there and saw the chatmessages. Imo a warning is in place, nothing more.
A ban was too much.

His argument is that butt is hurt. Difference between fun and serious battle is caring about the outcome, not being allowed to break the rules. Rules are rules, if breaking rules is only way you have fun then gg.
